49/52
Those of you who have been following my 52 project this year (i.e. pretty much our family and especially the kids grandparents who never can see too many photos of the kids) would know that each week I usually post one photo each of my fairy and one of my monkey and one of the two of them together.
This last week there has been a lot of togetherness. Hughie, my brother and the kids doting uncle was visiting from South Africa. We had a lot of together time while he was here. Then a few days after he left, granny and pops arrived for a visit from Sydney. There is always togetherness when they are around, especially when it involves presents and lollies from the doting grandparents.
As I was choosing the photos for my 49th post in this project, it made me realise how much we have spent time together this week. One day when I am yearning for the kids wanting to be together with us, I want to look back on this time and remember.
Blue-eyed kids: I know I am biased but I really think my fairy and monkey have the most exquisite blue eyes.
Together at the gallery: Photo fun at the NGV waterfall.
Together at the gallery: Gazing up at the gold mirror on the slow carousel as part of the Jean-Paul Gaultier exhibition.
